Erin was extremely helpful, well-connected, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, especially during the challenging COVID time - where so much more paperwork were involved! She understood my needs from the very first home viewing appointment. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand (esp. for this first time home buyer!) from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker and referring awesome people for my renovation's needs. She was thorough and professional and great to work with. And what I absolutely love: she was honest and forthright- no games. I can't say enough good things about this wonderful lady!! Erin helped sell my condo in Huntington Beach. There were a number of reasons I enjoyed working with Erin and probably at the top of the list was her responsiveness. She responded IMMEDIATELY to my texts and calls to answer all of my questions (which is always helpful through a real estate transaction). She answered all of my questions clearly and provided her insight and opinion as necessary in areas where I didn't have expertise (negotiation process, pricing changes, repairs and responses to the buyers demands). She was a true partner to help throughout the process. Also she took care of all of the little items since I usually couldn't be onsite which was a HUGE help. If you're buying or selling, Erin is the perfect relator for you! Erin helped my buy my DREAM HOME! I was in the market for a small condo but since it is my first home I had no clue about the home buying process. I was very nervous to go through finding a new home and the escrow process in general, but as soon as I met Erin, I knew the whole process was going to be easy--and it was! Erin was awesome to work with in finding our home.
